Nice showroom, great atmosphere and a very nice selection of new and used vehicles. The Pfaff group also has a Mclaren and Audi franchise and a performance division as well. Nice dealership, great brands and lots of performance.

Problems acknowledged and not fixed

Prior to visiting Pfaff, I enjoyed 3 years of trouble free, good service at another Porsche dealer. I never had an issue or a complaint. I switched to Pfaff when I moved back to Ontario. The experience has been anything but good. My vehicle has spent more than 60 days at Pfaff in the past year and was returned to me not repaired. The dealership gave up trying to repair my vehicle.
