Terrible!! experience bringing my 13 week old puppy to this location. We took her there a week ago and had her eyes and nails trimmed with an overall good result. This time however with a new lady (Adrianna) a simple bath turned into a nightmare. First she demonstrated to us how she would make her cry out in pain during clipping by pulling at her mouth. Not a bad place to get stuff for your pets, big selection... Plus most of the people working there and knowledgable. This is one of the better petsmarts. They don't have a huge selection on healthy dog foods here though, and are often understaffed.
