Great food, Service and Ambience.
More expentive than an Average Resto but the Experience and quality is worth it
One of the best New Brunswick Resturants
We have eaten at Petit Cavalier three times in the last six months, and every visit I would rate a 5/5. The service was excellent, atmosphere quiet and subdued. decor heritage, lighting - actually adjusted by staff upon our request, seating - lots of room, menu ( see website) varied and a lot of local products, wine list - good, price - what you would expect, music - none ( a good thing) and location - good. The staff is very enthusiastic and accommodating, several options re atmosphere - outdoor patio and private quiet indoors with fireplace and rooms that can be enclosed by wall doors, crowd was a not a problem - we eat when the resturant is not busy. The New Brunswick lamb is the best we have ever eaten anywhere.
