love it
I have been dealing with Petals on the trail for 3 years and have never had bad service.The flowers
I send always seem to last a very long time and the staff are always really freindly.I would recomend them to anyone.
Poor Customer Service
I ordered a chocolate basket through Bloomex worth $70 plus a $15 delivery charge. Bloomex sent the order to Petals on the Trail and they refused the order yet did not contact me. They instead contacted my friend recieving the order and asked her to call me to see if I would pay double for the basket to have it delivered. I called Petals on the Trail to see why they would lnot deliver the basket and she told me they would not deliver to Stoney Plain from Edmonton it was too far. I didn't like that answer, since I paid for delivery, and I felt she should have contacted me directly. She said that this was not her problem and to basically take my complaint and shove it up my f*%#ing a@s, it was Sunday and she didn't have to deal with this SH*# on Sundays!! Verbatem
