I have taken my dog, Samantha, an Australian Shepherd to the Oakville PetSmart for several years now. She receives the full grooming experience and I have NEVER had any problems. Of course, I always ask for the same groomer, Ashley. Samantha is never scared of the place, walks in willingly and does not appear to be under any kind of distress, no more than if we walked into any other unknown... more
