been there once never going back
Disgruntled customer? That is putting it lightly, and I have reason to. Emailed the owners about a terrible experience there but they just ignored me so here is my review. Aside from the owners have terrible customer service, the store is cramped and products are over priced.

I love this pet food store! The staff is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The prices aren't much more than pet food at big box stores, yet are quite a bit better for your animals. And they have treats galore! The nice people there gave us loads of free samples to figure out which food out pets liked the most plus they have a free frequent buyer program.
