Terrible

One of the worst haircuts of my life. When I ask the stylist to fix my uneven cut she told me 'it was fine' and didn't bother. Another stylist at another salon noted my bangs were uneven, my length had an obvious jagged corner and no attempt at layering had been done. When I spoke to Perfect Cut's manager she told me that she wasn't there for my cut and had no idea if I was telling the truth since she wouldn't speak to her stylist about it. She told me "Customer's change their story all the time, I'm too busy to speak to you on the phone" and straight up to me her business won't be getting bad reviews. I can't recommend enough people take their business elsewhere, I sincerely question the training of some of their staff.
