No integrity no morals very poorquality

When home was 5years old had foundation repaired huge cracks cost 10,000.00 dollars next complete drainage system south side of house dug up and replaced water coming in home from under slab main drainpipe ran under house. No access water from front of house ran back to sideof house water from backyard ran into side and water from house next door ran to same side.the footings were stepped up away from the slope of footings from back and they were eroded all existing drainpipe packed solid with clay this job has been ongoing for 2weeks and after all is complete including putting new sidewalk in and new catchbasin im looking at 20,000.00plus dollars on a nine year old show home by penta homes because of shody workmanship on improper job from when it was built and builder barry cavanaugh has washed his hands and is not interested in any resolution.this man and company could care less about how he has affected my families lives . I sincerely hope i saved anyone who reads this a lot of grief there are more issues with that side of home but i think what ive told u is enough to beware.This is follow up report its Feb4. The job is just about completed we needed more concrete poured into and around footing and new collection basin with sump installed there was no dislosure about similar problems with homes beside mine built by same builder but taken care of in first 2or3years. Ive also had other people in subdivision approach me with similar disputes with this builder so once again look at adding another 20 to 30,000 dollars to the price tag of one of these builders homes!
