Horrible, insulting employees

This Pennzoil oil change center is horrible. We've been going to this location since it opened but this time was different. We pull up and the guys (all brown people) ask some questions and tell my dad he needs to change his battery and air filter, and my dad said "you don't need to tell me how to take care of my vehicle" the one guys responds "its our f@!%!*g job to tell you" and again, my dad replies "I'm a licensed auto mechanic, so you can keep your comments to yourself" and then the guys starts and doesn't stop with comments like "oh yeah? f@!k you, I'll f@!%!*g ban you from every coming back here" and "f@!%!*g idiot", and we had a coupon for 10 bucks off or something similar and he said "don't give that f@!%!r the discount", he also said "if I see you again I'll f@!%!*g throw you out of here" and "don't let me see you again" ...I heard him utter a death threat as well.

Please don't give this oil change center business, we are going to take this to the corporate office to formally complain against them. This was a huge insult towards me and my dad.
