Penfolds created a DISASTER in our Strata building by failing to adequately tarp the roof while they were replacing it. And, they had managed to block all our roof drains while removing the gravel. End result, rained on all 5 floors (including the basement/garage) of our building.

Not worth the money...
As a previous poster mentioned - they subcontract out much if not all of their work. The sales guy is very quick to lock you up, and comes with a very polished proposal. The finished product that we received was an old mopped tar system that most roofers wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. Sean and his team are outstanding. I had my roof done by Penfolds about three years ago. The work was great. The team that did the work were conscientious and respectful.
