November 25, 2011Since they changed management, they have paid more attention to service. You still get the curt service typical of Chinese restaurants, but they at least try to accommodate much better than any other Chinese restaurant I've been to in Vancouver. One of my new favorites
July 12, 2011The Pelican is one of my new favorite places which I have been going to for about a year now. Last time I went there I took some Chinese co-workers for dinner and they were very impressed.
