No Good Orders

I ordered three kids school pic pkgs and they managed to put worng grades on two of them, wrong class on second set of corrected first ones, lost my childs third order then told me it was ok and they would be sent to me, just called to check on them after another month and they have lost the orders again and refuse to allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor....not good at all especially for the money i paid them
