Excellent Service and response time.
Owning a small business and not having a great deal it IT knowlegde I have found PC Doctor to be helpful and supportive in consolidating a website, computer upgrades, and answering my questions.
Great Service
I took my laptop in and it is as good as new after it was serviced by PC Doctor. Well worth the cost. As a senior you always worry about being ripped off, but PC doctor is modest and runs a professional operation.
I would recommend them to everyone.

Overcharged, did not tell [all] the truth.
I was charged $82 taxes for an old PCI video card (paper proof available). I was surprised at the price and asked how much is their markup. They told me 12%, which now i think was not true. I believed it at that time and paid for it. Later I checked prices for exactly the same model on exactly the same day from several random retailers (not wholesale companies) in Coquitlam, Burnaby and Vancouver (not in Richmond where prices are cheaper) NCIX: $44.55 - almost HALF of PC Doctor's price! Generic: $49 Atic: $51.50 I called PC Doctor and asked if i could get a fair price, they refused and suggested to go ahead and write a review. So now you can make an informed choice about who to trust your computer repair business to and who cares and who not about your satisfaction.

I have relied on Afshin at PC Doctor for over 10 years because Afshin is up to date on all kinds of computers, products, and programs. I like a fellow who says…..”You do not need that…” I like a fellow who says….”This program is too much for you, use the basic version “.

I Have a very good exprience with afshin the owner. he is very knowledgable about PC and always been helpful in solving my problem with computer and windows operating system and different application on my computer.
