As a resident, this is one of our regular haunts. I overheard some people on the train to Toronto this morning talking about how much they love this place, so thought i'd do a yelp review. Everything is great about this place - the 'build your own' pizzas is a great idea, the clams linguine is my other 'go to' dish, and the house wines are surprisingly good for the price.

The Taverna has a beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food. I wish more people knew abou their brunches!! Outstanding!

I went in on a weekday after the lunchtime rush. The restaurant was very quiet at this time, but the service and food were good! We received the food about 5 minutes after ordering, and it tasted delicious - the pasta and the pizza.
