Ilbeom Kwon is the butcher but you can call him Charlie, he is a really nice guy. I've been buying my meat here since 1999. Prices can't be beat & service is the best. Interesting fact, this butcher was a banker in Korea.

This Japantown staple is amazing! Another fresh butcher, with the whole meats in the locker and the grinder around the corner. The butchers are very helpful and can get you just about any cut of any meat you're looking for.
