I am a lover of French bakeries after a recent visit to France. I have visited many since being back and patisserie patachou has definitely been added to my favorites list. The desserts are very fresh, i crave the macaroons. A great spot for breakfast or lunch as well, lots of seating.

My favourite thing from Patisserie Patachou (besides the cute business name) is the macaroons. My grandmother (memere) use to make the best macaroons and I've finally found her macaroon match! Their croissants are also qiute fresh! C'est DELICIEUX!! Simply delicious!

People recommend here so I went get the bread. It was not good and bad bad service. They are looking for dough maker, so maybe ornership has changed? I hope they can find good bread and pastry maker and change their maner to costamer.

Another lovely and quick lunch from this darling place. The decaf coffee is fresh, the bran muffins are sweet and the green bean salad is a treat. There are many other choices and so far, I have never had anything I didn't enjoy.
The newly renovated Patachou is very much a neighborhood place. But Patachou's classic French pastries--chocolate eclairs, baba au rhume, raspberry tarts--have carried its reputation beyond Rosedale's borders, making it one of the best pastry shops in town. And the staff's lovely French accents are just the icing on the cake.
