Great for Halloween
An excellent place to get your Halloween costumes at a reasonable price. Come early though as selection depletes fast.

Terrible service at the whitby store
August 09, 2011We went to the Whitby store to buy supplies for a party. We were having difficulties finding what we wanted so we went to the cash to ask for help. The employee at the front was working on an item. I asked my question, She looked up and said in an uninterested manner down that aisle and went back to her wrapping. Party Decorations
September 03, 2008I found the staff very helpful, and polite. When they didn't know an absolute answer to something the girl asked the owner who was completely unpleasant and snotty. Prices and selection are average. Overall my experience was quite good, thank-fully (i would assume) the owner doesn't work out front to much, because I feel sorry for anyone who comes into contact with her.
