Very rude

I placed a order with them and I never got it. They can not find it and they still do not want to give me a refund . When I email them they never email me back . When I call they do not pick up so I leave a voice mail and they never call me back. I even sent a letter and they never wrote me back. They were very nice until I had a issues with my order and now they are flat out rude if you ask me
