Needs tenants
This open air mall is the most centrally located multi-store shopping experience but with the advent of all the big box stores in Southridge, needs to rethink its management and marketing. With its largest tenant, The Bay, feeling like a ghost town, and way too many vacant stores, Parkwood's survival seems precarious. It does have some draws like Staples and London Drugs as well as the only movie theater in town (for what it's worth) and some good smaller tenants like Atmosphere, Taste Buds and Booster Juice, but they need to fill the rest of it up (and not with parasites like the fly-by-night costume store that opened just for Halloween!)
