Disrespectful - go somewhere else

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could.

I found this funeral home to really not care about the family it was providing a service for. I might as well have not wasted 4 hours of my time helping to plan a service when all they did was listen to the one person in the room who was paying.

Prior to the service the funeral director asked family to line up according to who was closest to my father. What does she mean closest? By blood? By marriage? What a joke, no direction, no support, and no care for the family from this place.

A decision was made regarding the ashes and the person helping did NOT respect those wishes, leaving me to have to track down my father's ashes across the country. Nice. This place sucks
