This was my first visit to a Park Inn. I came here using some points from Club Carlson loyalty program.
I arrived on a Thursday evening and the front desk was busy, it took me more than 15 minutes to get checked in.
The lobby is tiny and was hopping, lots of folks coming and going. Luckily the elevators were never too busy, I never had to wait more than a minute.

Stayed here for Fourth of July weekend this past weekend. Pretty much all the hotels downtown were completely booked because it was the Women's World Cup final so we ended up here. The pictures online looked a lot better than it does in person. The hotel itself is pretty small and dated. The absolute worst!
I was willing to overlook the noisy fridge, the bathtub that dripped all night long and the lingering smell of cigarettes.
I will never forget the loud moans and screams at 4am from the room next door though! I called the front desk, but nothing changed. So I went to the front desk and got laughed at! I was offered ear plugs and told we would work it out in the morning.
