HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..PETE MORISETTE
November 02, 2008Purchased a 'Salt Water' system in 2007. Spent $1,300.00 for it. After continous problems and spending countless hours filling and re-filling the tub, purchasing new chemicals, a new one was installed. This one failed immediately. SALT WATER SYSTEM
October 30, 2008Purchased a Salt Water system in 2007. After numerous problems and being unable to use the tub, we had the system removed. September 14, 2008I have owned an Summtit Ultra Artcic Spa from Paradise Bay for less than 90 days and the service has been extremely underwhelming.I payed $14,000 for the hot tub, plus $5,000 for a cedar gazebo.
