Terrible staff
May 01, 2010I was at this restaurant and the food is okay, however the waitress was atrocious. She was clearly high, and had little to no clue what was going on. If you want wait one hour for a piece of cake, have a waitress who never smiles, smell really bad, and can't form a clear sentence, and wait another 30 minutes... more

Great place for cheap whiskey
February 21, 2010This is a place where a lot of locals go for pre-drinking. There are cheap whiskey drinks and infamous three-shot "fish bowls"! The food is pretty good too. The only down fall is you need to get here early because there is usually a line after 11pm. They're pretty strict with their max occupancy as well so if you're looking... more

January 15, 2010If you're looking for a casual meal and or bar near Caesar's Palace in Windsor, Ontario it's likely the concierge will send you to Papa Cheney's Whiskey Well.
