Palladino Honda two names you can't trust

I bought a brand new 2012 Honda Civic Coupe EX-L, it had scratches on the rear bumper and windows, paint chips on the hood and the trunk that were already rusted, grease marks on the doors, and the customer service was lousy then, and now that they're trying to fix the wrongs they did, the customer service is still lousy as I got yelled at by the general sales manager and told I was being unreasonable for wanting my car to have been fixed by now.
