I lost $50,000 in their hands..always ask for the referral and talk to the referral in person (not in front of Mr.Malik) he will show you the pictures on his iPhone and a custom home site in Brampton etc (speak with the poor customer who is building his dream home (Brampton custom home) go back and check the referral second time as he will produce fake referrals too......

if you were given written contract make sure you follow the CMHC contract guideline or have it review by lawyer BEFORE YOU SIGN as he will have too many loophole and you cannot sue him latter....
