worst insurance company i've ever had this displeasure of dealing with. cancelled my insurance with them two days after i received the renewal papers, and couldn't cancel over the phone with them. brought my cancellation papers to my broker, and a little over a week later, my bank account was in negative because they had taken the money out, then i couldn't even speak with them because they have no customer service lines. come monday, money was back in my account but because of them i was charged a $45 insufficient funds fee with my bank. a week later, my bank account was negative AGAIN on a long weekend, so i had to go another 3 days without money in my bank. called pafco tuesday, obviously very upset, got nowhere with the call center, asked to speak with a manager. after 10 minutes of asking for a manager, she finally came on the line. then proceeded to tell me that it was MY fault that the money was taken out because i should have known it would be since its a monthly payment, when i had called them to inform them im cancelling, brought my papers in to be sent to them (21 days ago!), and called them after the first incident occurred a week ago. she proceeds to tell me that i was late sending the cancellation notice in when i brought it to them two days after i received it. not only did i have to go two weekends in a row without any money available to me at all, i had to miss two days of work (one of which was holiday pay) because of their mistake. taken aback by the rude attitude and remarks of a manager, i was obviously upset, at which point she starts to yell at me, and then hang up on me. i will be telling everyone i know about what terrrible f$*#ing service they provide.
They will just cancel your policy without even notifying you! B@!%!**T!
