Since I have not spoken to you directly, I’m assuming the Air Conditioning issues you experienced were in the beginning phases of our project. The first few months, of any project, does go through construction ups and downs and balancing issues, while we strive to keep it to a minimum, we regret any issues you and your family experienced at The Pacifica.

Well what can be said about the pacifica.
a beautiful property filled with a poor staff.
I have family members staying there at the moment who are so unhappy with the heating problem. NO AIR CONDITIONING and a lack of honesty from the staff. when asking about the heating issues they say that there is air conditioning being put in when in reality no there not.
The care aids lack the ability to speak fluent English and compitant in doing there job properly. We are talking about peoples lives here.
On top of it the sales lady who rented my family there place ignores us at every cost now.
Ridiculous.
I do not recommend this property to anyone especially with costs being so high.
