We, at Avenir, are sad to hear you had a less than outstanding experience at The Pacifica. As the VP of Marketing/Operations, I would like to reach out to you directly in order to make your experience with our property a more pleasant one. We strive for a 5-star experience with all of our residents and families, and are always open to suggestions from residents and their families on how to make their home a better environment.
Since I have not spoken to you directly, I’m assuming the Air Conditioning issues you experienced were in the beginning phases of our project. The first few months, of any project, does go through construction ups and downs and balancing issues, while we strive to keep it to a minimum, we regret any issues you and your family experienced at The Pacifica.
To address your concern about care staff competency, I assure you that we only hire the best in regards to experience and bedside manner. beautiful property... poor service and more about money
Well what can be said about the pacifica.
a beautiful property filled with a poor staff.
I have family members staying there at the moment who are so unhappy with the heating problem. NO AIR CONDITIONING and a lack of honesty from the staff. when asking about the heating issues they say that there is air conditioning being put in when in reality no there not.
The care aids lack the ability to speak fluent English and compitant in doing there job properly. We are talking about peoples lives here.
On top of it the sales lady who rented my family there place ignores us at every cost now.
Ridiculous.
I do not recommend this property to anyone especially with costs being so high.
