My worst customer service experience this year
July 22, 2010

I made 2 appts. back to back for my daughters. Concerned that daughter 1 had ortho and would need more time, I phoned them earlier in the day to insure that the ortho daughter would go first. Well ortho Daughter #1 was late and missed the appointment. When daughter #2 showed up 15 minutes early for the second scheduled appointment she was very rudely told that they would not see her.
