3-day response time for problems? That's how long it takes them to GET BACK TO YOU - add however long it takes to actually fix the problem.
In my incident, the 3-day promise was NOT kept, and I had to ultimately go to the property owner to get it resolved.
I have no idea how they intend to handle emergencies, as they only keep office hours. There is -NO- 24-hour emergency contact.
If you're looking for property managers - keep looking.
