The worst experience ever!
I ordered flowers yesterday for Valentine's Day. No acknowledgement of order. Not answering phone and voicemail was full. NEVER DELIVERED. No replies to my emails. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. This company is the worst!!!! We've had issues with them in the past as well - just not this bad. Stay far far away from this one. UPDATE: They called 20 minutes ago, apologized and had the nerve to ask if I still wanted the flowers. Told them to shove it and refund me in full. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I agree with the reviewer before me that the service was excellent in this place. I was very confused about what flowers to buy for the occasion and took a long time until they helped me out.
Excelent service and fresh flowers fast!
I needed flowers for my wife's birthday and I was late. I stopped by the Ottawa Flowers store panicking and worried. The staff was extremely fast,helpful and creative.. I really owe them a lot for saving me from spending the night in the "dog house". I will definitely be back for all my floral needs.

The flowers I ordered online looked nothing like the final product. Spent over $100 after delivery and what they ended up sending looked cheap and embarrassing.

I order all my flowers from this shop and they have never let me down! They understand how to treat their returning and new customers! Extremely helpful staff and great, great designers...I suggest this shop over any other local shops as a result of all the great experiences I've had with them!! A+++++ Florist!!
