Bad return policy- I've bought a lot of stuff there over a while and the last purchase I made was a 300$ Alpine jacket which seemed fine but was not comfortable when I got on my bike. I wore it for no longer than 5 minutes, but they wouldn't take it back.
I cut the "tags" (price and stuff) off, so it's no good anymore??

Ordered a part that was in stock, they said 2-3 business days. I can see it taking a week but a month is absolutely ridiculous! They don't really have a care in the world that it isn't in yet either. If you need to order a part from there it would be faster to set up your own blacksmith shop and forge the part yourself.
