Phone service

I can NEVER EVER EVR get through to this place. Do they have teenagers manning the phones? I hate having to call here as i have to dedicate atleast an hour...before i get through and then nine times out of ten I get the answering machine. Please hire better receptionists. Nurses are great though! :)
