A "young and hip crowd" fills this "sophisticated" venue in Downtown's Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel offering "imaginative" seafood dishes and other "inventive" Pacific NW fare in a "breathtaking" space where floor-to-ceiling windows create an "open", "airy" feel and afford views of Coal Harbour; if a few critics complain "small plates, big money", most feel it's an overall "enjoyable" choice,... more

The sushi was beautifully presented on the plates and the ingredients and quality of the sushi was top notch. We ordered the Prawn Tempura Roll and Dragon Roll and it was delicious! The deduction in the single star was I found something crunchy in one of the pieces of sushi from the dragon roll... more
