We purchased 2 bikes, the first was purchased in 2008 for $500.00 , the next one was bought in July, 2009 for $800.00. We have have many problems with both bikes. When my son went to the store to have his new bike repaired they were very rude to him , just because he is a kid. I guess they don't understand that his parents are willing to pay for any repairs he needs .
When he called me from the shop to fix his brake lever and I told him to put the guy on the phone so I could speak to him, the employee said he was too busy to talk to me. When I called back the to discuss the bike problem with him, he was VERY RUDE. He told me I should buy 2 of the part we needed since my son would break it again. This is terrible customer service and not the way to get repeat service by insulting my son and when I asked him to hold on while I passed the phone to my husband because I was getting very frustrated with his tone and I wanted him to talk to him because if he called me "Ma'am" one more time in a VERY condescending voice I was going to scream, While when I gave the phone to my husband HE HUNG UP ON HIM. I will never buy any bike, any part or service from them ever again.
