Dropped my motor onto the concrete !
Purchased a 9.9 Mercury from them in 2013. Brought it in for seasonal maintenance ( oil change and gear case oil change , etc ) the following season 2014. The motor has about 20 hours on it , perfect condition. I handed my motor over to them , they transported it about 9 feet , then dropped it right onto the concrete in front off their dealership, right in front of my eyes ! ! Not even a sorry , no compensation, and I paid $145 for the maintenance. Significant cosmetic damage to the motor. Internal damage is quite possible? .Well I guess I will see if and how it even runs now at all . I will take my business elsewhere permanently .

Purchased a boat last year from OBW, and I have nothing but excellent comments to give to these guys. The purchase experience was great, boat was in mint shape and I even got a water test on the day of delivery.
I have since been back for various service and they are always willing to help.
Just a great TEAM !!
Pre delivery inspections
Poor quality prep work, do your own inspection. Bought a great Legend boat and they took very little care installing accessories leaving bolts stripped and some loose others partially tightened.Tried to supply lesser quality items than bought, poor workmanship no pride
