We appreciate you taking the time to write about us. We welcome all comments, good and bad, as a way to improve ourselves. We strive to become the best at servicing our customers' vehicles.
About your complaint; we do not rebuild transmissions. We buy transmissions and install them if requested to do so. Not knowing who you are or what type of vehicle you are referring to, it is difficult to address your specific issue. Normally all the seals are replaced in a rebuilt transmission, so judging from your comment, you may have requested a used transmission. There are two cooler lines on automatic transmissions and there is no reason for anyone to splice these as they unscrew from the radiator and transmission respectively.
At Opertune Auto Clinic we stand by our name and high standards. We're rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau of BC with a 0 complaint history. We warranty all our work for 1 year, and if there are any problems related to the work we performed we'll look after it.
A bunch of hacks
We had our transmission done by them and they never replaced the seals so it leaked and is still leaking oil. A few months after the transmission work was done we found that the transmission was leaking fluid like crazy. We brought it to a friend of ours who is a mechanic. he found that the transmission hoe was spliced in 3 places. He could not see why this would have been done. When we brought it back for them to fix the problem it was never done. After a few days we got a call to pick up the vehicle only to find the same problems. Still leaking oil and Transmission fluid.
Do not trust them with your vehicle!

Yes absolutely, Being the skeptic that I am I got quotes and references on several Auto Body Shops. I WAS referred to Opertune Auto Clinic by my OPS manager.
