Poor attitude by service guy.
Wasn't impressed at all. Didn't look like he cared to work there either.
Service and Sale OK - but the 3 clowns in PARTS dept? Horrible!
So, not sure about the sales team or the Service Department at Middlegate Honda, could be 5 stars for all I know.
But what i do know... the three stooges working in the Parts Department are nothing short of total a-holes.
The Parts Manager? Wow, what world class service... You sure look really really happy every time someone is at the counter ordering something. At first I thought it was just my wife and I that you were giving the STINK eye.... but saw you treated the man in front of us and the guy behind us equally as c@!%!y.
You should look at yourself in the mirror, look at what your face looks like when you talk to customers.... STINK EYE!!!
You're brutal! and you know who i am talking about too. The Grande.
As for the other two, you got a young kid who seems to know his stuff, but again, looks to me like he'd rather be out playing paintball or picking his nose and eating it instead of helping generous Honda owners find the parts they need.
As for the third, still less than satisfactory. Never even a smile.
Come on boys - what's the problem here? In these tough times you should thank your lucky charms that you've still got a job. When people like us spend $40 - 50,000 on a vehicle and then have to be subjected to your lack of people skills - where's the justice!?
I say to all Honda owners, if you want to avoid staring across the counter and 3 guys that really could gave a sh*t about what they do, or what you want.... go somewhere else.
SAVE YOURSELF THE ANNOYANCE!!!
