Stayed in Toronto for a few days, and walked by this gym on Younge street.
Stopped in, curious as to what they had to offer. I signed up for a class (first one is free), and took the wrestling class last night.
The coach definitely knows his stuff. The class was decent size, and mixed men's and women's. He put us through proper warm ups, reviewed techniques previously taught, and introduced...
