We had a birthday celebration there on Tuesday night at 7:30pm. The service was very slow and we had to remind the waitress of our order as well as cake etc. This was my second time there. The hostess was completely out of her element. Not only did she seem unorganized and overwhelmed, she was defensive and rude. Although we had reservations, we waited an extra 22 minutes for a table only after making ourselves known once again to the hostess -even though we were right at the bottom of the stairs waiting to be seated the whole time.
