Highly Unprofessional from Sales to Finance

This establishment tried to sell me a smoke smelly car by guaranteeing 200% that they could get rid of the smell. Bought car, picked up car, car stunk. It took three hours to kill the deal and put up with nasty sales people. It took 10 days and several phone calls to get my money back even though the check had been cleared for 8 of those 10 days. The company is more concerned with company policy than repeat business.
I have in the past bought 7 cars at this dealership. I will not being buying any here in the future. If you shop here for a car, beware!
