Once the bulk of the installation was done and we were asked to make the rest of the payment, it was very frustrating to get the company to finish the job. We made many phone calls and left messages and most were not returned. They made many promises to come and finish the work but didn't show up and didn't bother to call to cancel. Lela, the owner, in one email wrote that "I don't believe that I need to explain myself".
Very poor quality work with edges that don't meet, broken corners patched with snotty coloured silicone, surfaces not buffed properly, pieces cut too narrow and too short.
If you're in the middle of a contract with them and have paid in full then the best of luck to you!
If you' re in the middle of a contract with them, don't pay in full until the job is completely done. Actually wait 2 weeks before paying in full and take the time to inspect in detail.
If you're not in a contract with them, keep looking for someone else to do the job!
