When I was younger I suffered a lower back injury from slipping on black ice and subsequently down a flight of flagstone stairs. I badly damaged my tailbone. I have gone to see physiotherapists in the past (students at the clinic at my university) and the result was so bad I was hospitalized. Needless to say I was hesitant about seeking help for my recurring lower back pain. I finally went to On the Mark it in Liberty Village when my doctor told me there was residual effects in my lumbar vertebrae. I was incredibly impressed by the level of service and concern showed by the physiotherapist at On the Mark it. After speaking with me and learning about the background of my injury for quite a while, he made suggestions and created a recovery plan that included chiropractic work and massage therapy. I am so impressed with the results and I am feeling much less stiffness in my lower back after starting my treatments. Although it is convenient that they are located in Liberty Village, this is definitely a physiotherapist I will travel any distance to see--they're amazing and there's even free parking!

my time at On the Mark-it was great, my ankle problems was gone after a few sessions. The staff was nice and professtional and the workplace was calm and comfortable.
On The Mark-it offers multiple treatments such as Chiropractic/ART, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy. I recommend On The Mark It to everyone that is suffering from body pains.
I recently moved into the kingwest/liberty village area and went to On the Mark Physiotherapy for a sports injury I sustained playing soccer. I saw the massage therapist and he was amazing. I was back to sport the next day and it felt great. I strongly suggest checking out Toronto Physiotherapy- On the Mark,it physio in liberty village
clinic. It is a large, clean space with a great team to help you recover from your injury. Leigh and James are excellent physiotherapists and Katie the new massage therapist is amazing! All have worked together to get me back to pre- injury exercise. Very highly recommended.
