Furnace emergency

My furnace broke down (of course) during the coldest day of last winter. I called a few of the big names but they would not come in less than a day unless I paid an emergency fee. I called TH Oliver and they had someone in my house within a couple of hours. I became a loyal customer.

Carrier Heater & A/C working great. I think the best product. We installed furnace, A/C, humidifier and extra intelligent thermostat. We trusted them. These are my complains. 1. sales guy sold bigger A/C for my house. 2, intelligent thermostat was nothing. 3. gas was leaking after their installation. We called they never came. Gas guy fixed. it was very dangerous 4. Humidifier was not working.... more

Excellent service and workmanship

My air conditioner broke and | was desperate to have it repaired asap. TH Oliver came out and quickly assessed the unit and repaired it on the spot. They were courteous and professional and most importantly fair and honest. Sue R
