Attractive, inviting shop where olive oils and balsamic vinegars can be sampled before bought. They have olive oils in varietals, fused, and infused. The variety of flavored balsamic vinegars is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A warning to all those who react to their tastebuds because you'll do so by pulling out your wallet. ;). That's what my brother and I did after tasting several white/red balsamic vinegars, numerous infused/non-infused olive oils!

Staff is very friendly, patient, and will let you sample as much as you want. And you know what? This sales model works because people do end up buying.

Very friendly staff, hundreds of options and combinations. The gift sets are a great option if you're indecisive (me) and don't know what you want to take home. They have a nice selection of chocolates as well. Worth the stop if you're at the market or looking for some special combination of oil and vinegar.
