This is one of the most original gyms I have been in. It has some incredible old school weights and caters to the true weightlifter who doesn't want the usual gym/spa franchises that are common in Toronto.
It is run by the members like a community gym where everyone is welcomed as long as you don't have a bad attitude. The place is fairly quiet and I never have to wait to use any of the...
