Hardwood Flooring
July 31, 2009The staff at Oak Bay Broadloom are surly, uninformed, and incompetent. They refused to break down an extremely vague invoice into materials, labour, and tax costs, saying that it's "too hard". That they have enough business that they're too busy to give a proper estimate is amazing!
