Sorry Excuse for a Spa
First and second impressions left me feeling like I was in a sad excuse for a spa. From unfriendly - even hostile staff, to poor communication, mixed information, non-apologetic, they carry Arbonne products (similar to Avon) and that is their product line. I didn't feel like I was in caring or experienced hands. I would not recommend them unless you'd like to waste your money and feel like you are interupting their personal time.
Terrible
I purchased a spa package from wagjag for the Barrie location. The package included a Body Wrap, 20 min back massage, facial, pedicure, lip wax and eyebrow wax. The massage was pathetic, it lasted less than 10 minutes and was nothing more than the girl spreading oil on my back. The facial was a quick face wash, she didn't even rinse it and I had exfoliant on my skin and when I got home my skin was totally dried out. The pedicure only included nail cutting and polish. As the other poster mentions, they told me it was just a refreshing facial and pedicure but it didn't state that anywhere on the ad. Complete waste of my time. Don't go.
Spa Package a total rip off
I recently purchased a Spa Package for Nv Medical Spa in Barrie Ont from Wag Jag. It incl Body Wrap,40 min back massage,facial,pedicure,lip wax& eyebrow shaping. first of I was treated as a second class person. The staff were very unfriendly didn't introduce themselves to me. The facial was nothing more then a face wash & little message,the pedicure consisted of cutting my toe nails & putting polish on that it no soaking ,no dead skin removed I questioned it and was told it was a refreshing facial & refreshing pedicure no where on my voucher did it state that.When i bought my voucher there was over 200 sold people be warned if you know anything about a spa day this is not going to be one. It was a total rip off I will never go back or recommend anyone ever go their.
