August 06, 2011We stayed twice--once when we arrived in Calgary as a jumping off point for the National Parks in Alberta and British Columbia Wouldn't have stayed the second time but we had prepaid and would have taken a beating by cancelling, plus the staff took steps to resolve on our second visit some of the problems we had on the first visit.
