I had a bad experience and they never helped remedy the problem. Instead they were rude and not willing in any way to help. They just like to point the finger at the buyers. Very frustrating!

The sales experience was great but they didn't do a very good job installing the floor. We found out several years later and, although our invoice says the flooring installation is guaranteed, and that the floorboards are covered under a 15 year warranty, Nucasa has refused to help.
