Great location, great service
I recently stayed at this hotel when I went to Toronto for work. The hotel was close to the office and also very close to a lot of restaurants. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant/bar where we had breakfast had a fantastic modern look (as you can see in the pictures)
The staff at the reception counter gave a great service with their good mood and big smile :)
Overall, I liked my experience!

“Excellent”
May 13, 2013Hotel restaurant was excellent for food and prices. Though I didn't use the fitness room, it was nice to know it was there for my use. Closeness to a grocery store and other restaurants as well as a shopping mall just down the street at Shepherd made our stay very nice. Thank you.

“Relaxing oasis in a busy city”
May 13, 2013This Novotel was conveniently located near the 401 and Yonge St and was steps away from the subway, an ideal location for visitors travelling by car,but with the option of seeing the sights in Toronto without the hassle of driving.The staff was friendly and efficient. Next time we will bring our swim suits and try out the pool.

the restaurant menu was small but the food was excellent

I got a room with a sofa so I would have a comfortable place to sit to watch TV. The sofa was the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on, so much so, it was good for nothing but putting my coat on.
